I am OBSESSED with mine! It is so soft and cozy. They have loads of home goods, women's apparel and accessories, garden treasures. She walked back and forth from the register but wouldnt help me. So I walked around to find the other worker. She was past a person who was in a salon chair and in another room chatting with friends. I went back to the counter, the other woman was still not interested in smiling or speaking to me. So I left my things at the register and won't be shipping there again. I'm leaving my review here, because they deleted my first review.

I am actually glad they are closing. Overpriced and unfriendly; very disgusting character. I'm saddened for people struggling and put out of work but that severance I hope goes to some counseling or some travel outside of their comfort zone to develop empathy to the public. I didn't go in there for public funding for a drug habit. I went in to see how everyone was holding up and to see what they had available for Summer. God be with them and good LUCK!

The store itself is visually beautiful - lots of unique furniture pieces in a cool and trendy space, centrally located near the iconic Fargo Theatre on Broadway. They've got a great selection of women's clothing, accessories, shoes, beauty, and gifts. Kindred People is owned + operated by a mother-daughter duo who pride themselves on quality and supporting local and regional artists. This is easily one of our favorite shops downtown. Stop by and check it out for yourself!
