Needed painting done at my house so since I had such bad luck finding someone I turned to Yelp. Yelp I love this Project section what a great way to get companies to quote on your project. Adiel contacted me immediately and quoted the project. I liked him immediately as I felt he was a painter and I had a painting project. He needed to actually fix a job done three years ago by a general contractor who used the wrong paint. So I got three quotes and let the other two companies know I was not proceeding with them. Adiel had done the job as requested and I even had to add extra room and doors and he rose to the occasion with no problem. Lastly he did the project in the time frame he told me. Think about the last project you had done did it happen on time. This has to be the best paint job I have ever had done on any home I had. See the pictures they are evidence of his supreme talent. (2 jobs done, 4.5 stars total) I needed to get a Pressure Wash job done fast and 503 Painting responded quickly and completed the job the very next day. Adiel did a great job cleaning my porch, driveway & sidewalk. He had the professional equipment (floor polisher-shaped) to do the driveway without streaks and also a handheld wand type pressure washer for the lower walls along the porch. Excellent work, thanks Adiel! [Pressure Wash - 5 stars!] I discussed my intent to also paint 2 exterior walls and trim of my house in the fall. Adiel advised that he had an opening in his schedule later that week so I opted to get that done quickly too, though maybe a bit too quickly. Adiel and assistant brought the exact S-W paint colors I requested, utilized professional spray equipment and completed painting the same day. However, little or no prep work was done so old blistered & peeling paint on doorframes was painted over. The roof eave in back and the side door were not painted and additional payment was requested to paint the garage door (I declined). Had I not rushed I would have obtained a written estimate for the job and properly defined the scope in the contract (my bad). What was painted was done well and looks nice, no complaints on quality.
