Only an inexperienced poorly trained monster hairdresser would use thinners on a 72 year old woman with the thickness gone. It will take three years for my hair to regrow. The man in your chair before you cut my hair I've seen before. The poor haircut is a retake of another monster hairdresser, so what did this man say to you to cause you to forget your ethics and cut my hair so poorly? Cons: My nails were sore for a few days after. I thought maybe it was due to the powder as I'd never had it before, but after hearing other experiences it's probably due to excessive filing They use 1 pot for everyone for the dip powders. As in, each color has a container, and they dip your finger into that pot and tap the excess back into the container. Over and over with each customer. I looked it up and it's very unsanitary and unsafe to do this because of risk of infections I left it at 3 stars because I was happy with my manicure at the time and it's lasting well. But I probably won't be back due to unsafe conditions. I'm also not a fan of how thick the dip powders are on my nails. My nails do not bend AT ALL. No flex. It feels very unnatural. But I'm not used to acrylics and I guess they're supposed to be similar

Before I even left the salon, I had to ask the technician to redo one of my nails because it wasn't done correctly. His response was, "If it messes up again, just come back." Less than 24 hours later, my gel manicure is already lifting and peeling. I called the salon and explained that I live an hour away and asked if they could provide a partial refund so I could have my nails fixed closer to home. I even asked if they would be willing to speak with a nail salon near me to cover the repair. They refused both requests and instead offered me a discount the next time I come in. A discount on a future visit doesn't fix the fact that I now have to pay another salon to repair a manicure that didn't even last one day. When you're charging over $200 for services, customers should expect quality work and reasonable customer service when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon based on my experience.

Tracie (I believe is the nail tech I saw today) literally perfected my nails and payed attention to detail. I was not left with and lumps, bumps, or gel in my cuticles. I immediately booked a 2 week appt in advance when I was done with my service. I am so thankful great artists like her exist in a world of not so great nail salons. Thank you!
