Doesn't like customers still wearing face masks 2023 though many Nurses and medics still do.post-Covid . Will accuse patron of having or appearing to have Covid and "don't come here even outside with Covid" though patron sincerely denies having Covid. Ironically, neither he nor his staff ever wore face masks even during the extended Covid precaution mandates . So getting Covid was never their concern why now 4 years in ? Hence uses gaslighting tactics.

They take advantage of customers who aren't knowledgeable about cars, double charge for work they previously did incorrectly, offer no explanations for charges prior to billing, attempt to perform work unrelated to the primary issue the vehicle is brought in, order unnecessary expensive parts when more affordable ones are readily available, and care nothing about their customer's budget. If you have a small fortune you're looking to spend, put it to some better use by setting a match to it instead.
