I was surprised because it's just a small spot in a big plaza and it doesn't have the appealing decor and fun colours like the other places do in town. I had low expectations and didn't get my hopes up. To save myself from disappointment, I didn't go out on a limb trying something new. I chose the banana split because it was the sale-of-the-day for $6. They said I could have 3 scoops of whatever 12-or-so flavours were currently available. I chose red velvet, white chocolate, red velvet. Next, they said I could put whatever toppings I liked on top. "Anything?" I said lol. I tested them out by getting doubles scoops of this, pieces of that, sprinkles of this, crumbles of that, yum, yum, yum. I thought I was pulling off some heist but apparently it's the norm here and in the end I had a major delicious, diabetic-causing powerhouse of perfection in my hands for $6. I have since returned multiple times getting slabs (yes, slabs is the appropriate term once you see it) of different mixtures and combos of flavours under $7 and have also non-guiltily (?) gained 10 lbs.
