Went above and beyond. Firstly he messaged me within 5 mins of my request and kept in touch with me the entire time while trying to find me stuck in the desert. Got a flat while trying to get unstuck and he actually helped me remove the tire and took me to fix and then back to my vehicle and got me unstuck. If I could give 0 stars I would company was dispatched by my insurance waited an hour and a half they finally call said it would be another hour 45 minutes later they call again said they were held up and would be an hour. Hour and a half later they call say 20 minutes man on phone was very rude. 45 minutes later after I've reached out to my insurance he updates tracker to on scene while I'm on the phone insurance report says their tracker shows he hasn't even left dona Ana yet. 30 minutes later status updates to complete but he never showed 25 minutes later another towing company shows up and says they were sent by the original company because they didn't want to drive out to me. Completely unprofessional and trying to rip people off would not recommend to my worst enemy. Stay clear. read more
