I received my arrangement the day BEFORE Valentine's Day, and when I saw it, I almost cried. It looked nothing like a valentines arrangement, and no roses in sight. When he got home and saw it, he was livid. Mind you, he paid over $100 for what I got. The next day he ordered from Gregory's, and it was the same price. I have posted a side by side. When we called Made By Hands & asked them what happened, they told us the "ran out of roses"...the day before Valentine's. Here is the side by side. Same exact cost.

Louis passed unexpectedly, and it happened right after my mom had open heart surgery -- flowers were the last thing on our minds. But Gregory's made the entire process so fast and stress-free. We placed the order completely online, never even had to call, and they delivered exactly within the window we provided. The spray itself was absolutely gorgeous. The flowers were so beautiful and fresh that many of us were able to take home bouquets to remember Louis by. The ribbon was stunning and such high quality, too. 10/10 would recommend Gregory's Floral for any flower needs.

Apparently the photos show a flat view with every bloom visible from the front, which I find deceptive at best. But worse is that the holiday arrangements wilted so quickly and I was embarrassed when I actually saw what cost me hundreds of dollars in my in-laws home. Second year in a row this has happened, no more "benefit of the doubt" for this business.
