They delivered a beautiful hand made arrangement the same day. They also texted me pictures of the floral arrangement before they took it out for delivery. I was beyond impressed with this family owned business and will only order from them in the future. I already did the hard work searching for an amazing florist.... We are located out of state and the ladies we spoke to over the phone were the most helpful and knowledgeable. They walked us through the inventory they had on hand and helped us select flowers, vases, and wreaths. They even called to keep us posted on the status of the order. They delivered it on time to the funeral at the church and the flowers looked amazing. Highly impressed.

Louis passed unexpectedly, and it happened right after my mom had open heart surgery -- flowers were the last thing on our minds. But Gregory's made the entire process so fast and stress-free. We placed the order completely online, never even had to call, and they delivered exactly within the window we provided. The spray itself was absolutely gorgeous. The flowers were so beautiful and fresh that many of us were able to take home bouquets to remember Louis by. The ribbon was stunning and such high quality, too. 10/10 would recommend Gregory's Floral for any flower needs.

Apparently the photos show a flat view with every bloom visible from the front, which I find deceptive at best. But worse is that the holiday arrangements wilted so quickly and I was embarrassed when I actually saw what cost me hundreds of dollars in my in-laws home. Second year in a row this has happened, no more "benefit of the doubt" for this business.

When I called the business to discuss, the person told me repeatedly "I did the best I could with what we got". This is unacceptable, the tasteful arrangement of substance ordered was replaced with cheap palm pieces, sunflowers and carnations. Substitutions are understandable however, if you placed the arrangement delivered beside a picture of the ordered arrangement, you would see no resemblance. There are few options in a small, rural area for services. It's disappointing to see the effort wasn't above and beyond to serve customers. Even out of town customers will learn about poor service or delivery of something other than what was ordered.

I came to Old Hickory to look at storage buildings and ended up choosing one that looked like a…read moresmall barn with two windows and double doors on the front. I really liked the green color, so I placed the order a little over a month in advance since I was told it would take about four weeks to build and deliver. It actually ended up being completed in about two weeks, and the company held it for me until I was ready for delivery. There were a few minor communication issues along the way, and I had to leave a couple of voicemails to get everything scheduled. Delivery day went fairly smoothly overall, and it was interesting to watch how they moved and positioned the unit. I did ask if it could be placed about 15 feet farther forward to help block my neighbor's view of my porch for added privacy, but that adjustment wasn't made, and I had to leave to meet my moving company. I'm also really glad I paid extra for the windows, because the inside gets extremely hot--like an oven. A lot of the features are add-ons, so the final price can increase quickly depending on what you choose.

I was just looking for a simple lighter but when I open the door and walked in and got a big friendly hello from Cindy and saw just how incredible the place was I decided to see what they truly had to offer. They have a wide variety and selection and informed me that they are updating everything online shortly because they have a whole new set of wires and now everybody has to be 21 or over which for me is a good thing, because he saw the young people from annoying me hahaha. But I would wholeheartedly tell my friends about this place and recommend it to anyone who is looking for an incredible variety and an even friendlier atmosphere!!
