Then they cracked a tile when doing the service and after the service I have not been able to get anyone to do anything. They completed the service which we are hoping helps our moisture issue but we paid double the quote of H2O hoping for high quality results. They do not respond after the initial consultation and do not fix anything after. I have no hope for the warranty to do anything.

Calling BDry's National Ripoff Hotline, AKA their supposed National Office listed on the Warranty provides the message: "Thank you for calling BDry. Please visit BDry.com for more information -- then disconnects. Calling a number found online and you get: "The number you dialed is not in service . . . " and no national corporate BDry office is listed online, just locally managed locations. Screw BDry.

Even said he would put a check for $1500 in my mailbox. He never did. As of October 25 has not refunded my $1500. Filed a complaint with my credit card. He responded that he completed the work. Beware of this company. There are plenty of honest painters in the Chattanooga area who want the work.
