I have a 2009 Honda Pilot and it had been through the ringer. Through two teenagers, 3 dogs, and traveling across the United States...twice. In 5 years, it had never been detailed. Sure we washed it, cleaned it out once in awhile, but nothing like this. After years of begging my hubby for a detail for my precious Pilot, he let me bid on a 5th Ave. gift certificate - and I won! I ended up getting the Complete Detail. The shop was patient with me, as I switched my appointment at least twice, but they remained pleasant as can be. When I picked up my car (dropped off in morning, picked up before closing), I could NOT believe what I saw. My car, previously covered in melted candy, dog hair, and mud, was clean...crazy clean, even the leather supple again. It practically looked new - like it did when we picked it up at the dealership 5 years ago! I can't begin to express how impressed I am with the work that was done on my vehicle and I would definitely recommend them. They did everything - windows, carpets, dash, upholstery, exterior, wheels, compartments, mirrors, every nook and cranny. My back seats slide forward and they even managed to get the rails under there clean! If I could leave more stars I would! I hesitate to let more people know about how amazing these guys are because there is a line to get in! However, service like this can't be ignored. I lived in this car driving my kid to Cda for a couple of months, and as you can imagine - it wasn't pretty. Melted chocolate, spilled soda, tons of "ooooops" everywhere in this car. You would never know it! Worth every penny... yet again making me want to keep this car we plan on selling! A+++!!!! read more

I wish I could give 10 stars!!! I bought my Mazda 5, Nov 2008. My car lived through 2 teenagers learning to drive. Then suprise we had a new addition to the family in 2010. We never had our car detailed. We did clean it and vacuumed it, but it just never did a good job. Our baby put stickers on both passenger windows which we didn't remove. He did peal at some of them. I used the car to transport my son and 3 of his friends all over the place. The car had seen better days on the inside. I even had the brake peddle pad fall off and put it in my glove box so I wouldn't loose it. ( My husband kept telling me he would put it back on. ) The car went through 3 moves. And 101467 miles of love and laughter. We need to sell our car :-( and wanted to have it detailed before we did. We dropped it off in the morning and came back to pick it up. Wow what a suprise it was like new. The stickers were gone! The break peddle pad was back on. They got every nook and crany. My door slide with ease after they cleaned the tracks. I can't say enough about how amazing they made my car look. It truly felt like I was buying her off the lot new again. They even had her outside looking good.
