The gym equipment is great, and the gym is very spacious, but even in the mornings, I would say the place gets a little packed. The bathroom area is clean for the most part, but it does get dirty during busy time. All in all I would say you get what you paid for, it isn't the best gym, but it'll definitely work for most people.

I have worked out at other Planet Fitness facilities without any issue. The associate Ben was rude, unprofessional, and acted like he worked as a bouncer at a nightclub. The manager Destiny also was rude, and has no people skills or customer service skills whatsoever. I work in customer service and management and I could not believe how awful their attitudes are. You hired the wrong people to work with the general public and for your valued, paying current members. I was shocked by how terrible your staff is and I think your members deserve better. It turned out there was a miscommunication, and I really appreciate that they reached out directly to address my concerns instead of ignoring them. Their willingness to listen and make things right says a lot about how they care about their members. I also have to mention that their child care is fantastic, which has been a huge benefit for my family. Would love to see higher weights there. 2) The smith machine next to the squat racks right in front of the studio room should be removed or moved to another area and replaced with another squat rack. The squat platform in the corner is fine but the deadlift section of it needs to also be removed. Takes up too much space and if someone is squatting, you cant use that section. 3) People will use benches, sweat all over them and leave without wiping them down.(I get that's not on management but its unsettling to say the least) 4) They close early on holidays. This was never a thing until covid. And tbh I have had to pay drop in fee at another gym a few times due to them closing early(3pm). 5 or 6pm may be a better time. Overall its a good place to workout, and it is pretty clean as well. I cant hate on management at all. They do their best and are always kind and helpful, which goes a long way in my book. And due to this place being near my home, I will continue to give them my business and will give them a higher rating once some or all of those issues are addressed.

None of the equipment is bolted down and while there is an honesty policy for members to clean the equipment after use, I have never seen an employee clean, sweep or vacuum the facilities.
