The soap vending machine didn't work properly, so Cynthia opened it and just Gave us the item we wanted. She runs it like it's her own business. Not sure if she was the owner or managed it, but if I rated just her service I would give 5 stars. But facility needs some attention and updates- machines were worn out and not surprised by my experience. She responded within 20 minutes, was very kind and apologetic but it was an inconvenience and delayed my Saturday plans waiting and then having to move soaked items to new machine, make sure it was working etc.
