She was very short / rude / curt the entire time. I apologized as I know 10 mins before close is not ideal but wow that was insane. Takes all of 2 mins to grab my shirt and print me a ticket.

When I went to pick it up, not only was I charged $48 for just three pieces (which feels extremely overpriced), but they also failed to return my laundry bag. Overall, I left feeling ripped off and under appreciated. I understand there is a "rush" fee, but a week to begin with is absurd. Between the unexpected cost and extremely disappointing level of service, I won't be bringing my clothes back here.

They insisted my husband paid $25 for 5 shirts. The next day I went in and asked (he's probably the owner but he did not know me because I was not there before). I asked how much to "wash and pressed cotton shirts" (just to be sure he knew they're not silk or anything that needs special treatment). He said $3 a shirt. I repeated the question, again he said $3. Stay away from this place. They rob you and you have no choice but pay unless you give up your clothings and walk away. They basically hold your garments hostage.

She responded within 20 minutes, was very kind and apologetic but it was an inconvenience and delayed my Saturday plans waiting and then having to move soaked items to new machine, make sure it was working etc.

I fell for his lies again, shame on me. 7 days later his company "no showed" again! After calling and texting him for 3 hours while I was at the Airbnb cleaning with the tenants helping clean (VERY embarrassing) I finally got him to respond. He again apologized and said he would send a cleaner that evening with my linens to make the beds because he had all my sheets and we needed them. The cleaner never showed. It took 4 days of phone calls, texts, and emails to get him to even respond. Finally he returned my linens which were never washed, were still wet, and covered in mold.
