This shop is poses a serious safety threat to the people of Lindenhurst. On Sunday my mom got a flat tire and took her car to 631 Tire. It is completely reckless and unacceptable that my mom left the shop with her wheel lug nuts almost entirely loose. This is not just a minor oversight--it's a serious safety issue that could have left my mom stranded on the side of the road. She works night shift at a hospital and takes the LIE daily. I'm just grateful the tire didn't fly off while she was driving, but this should never have been an issue to begin with. I highly advise anyone reading this post to AVOID 631 TIRE at all costs. I brought my truck there for a basic tire balance and rotation. They cross threaded a lug. Which I had to make arrangements to leave my vehicle for repair. Still tried to charge me to fix it even when I dropped it off they said they are honoring their mistake. If you dont want more problems then you started with go there. This tire place ordered the wrong size tires for my rims. Not only that but one of the tires are bad which makes my truck shake. I've spent countless dollars trying to make my truck stop shaking all to find out I got a dud tire. The owner refuses to replace my deformed tire and refuses to answer the phone. Great experience! Fast, friendly and professional! They took us in right away and fixed the leak in my tire in less than 15 minutes. They removed the nail that was inside of the tire that a national tire repair center couldn't find the day before, and repaired the tire with a patch on the inside of the tire instead of the plug that the national tire repair center had stuck into the tire next to the previous plug that they had put in a few months ago which made the leak worse! read more

Was referred to this shop by my father in-law. I was immediately greeted with a very up beat and positive attitude and asked how I could be helped. I explained I had a flat and was riding on a donut. The gentleman grabbed the tire, fixed the flat and installed it. This happened in about 20 minutes. I had my two French bull dogs in the car and the entire staff was excited to say hello and even had an employee come out with treats for the puppies. Overall the customer service, and quality of the work was top notch. And it only cost $15.00. Not going to find a more honest or helpful place than this.
