To me, happy workers mean you'll get quality work. I own a Lucid, which weighs in at 5,200lbs. Hitting a pothole with this car almost guarantees a blowout and a bent rim with the short sidewalls. I am sure I will be seeing them again. Oh yeah, when you go there, you'll have to look hard for them, they are set back, a bit and look like they're closed, go in the parking lot and go around to the back.

They put the wrong tires on the wrong wheels after I told them specifically how I wanted it. I sent them back. One week later, they come back butchered. They stripped all of the assembly nuts, left some loose, and didn't even torque them correctly. I don't even think they torqued them at all. On top of that, they chipped the finish on the backside, left beadsealer on the face of my wheels, and didn't balance the wheel correctly. Weights all over the place in incorrect spots, as if the technician didn't mount it correctly on the balancing machine. I paid $720 for all of these wheels to be done at the end of it. They didn't even have the courtesy to offer me a refund or even a discount, and I didn't want to bother sending the wheels back for fear that they will make the situation worse. They lost the account with our body shop because of this. Poor quality, careless amateur technicians, and terrible customer service. -100/10, I am making sure that EVERY body shop knows that this is NOT the place to go.

I was actually prepared to buy four tires since I couldn't find just one used run-flat anywhere else. The service was awesome, quick, easy, and the guys were really nice. The location is a little tricky to get out of, but getting in wasn't a problem. Overall, I have no complaints and would definitely go back if I needed to.

There was curb damage and light corrosion around the wheel bolt area so in addition to mounting and balancing the new Pirellis I had them do a full refinish. The attention to detail was very well appreciated! The factory colors were a perfect match, even down to the the CNC milled finish. A nice thick coat of clear locks in the beautiful work H&W did on these wheels. They even used dark colored wheel weights to blend in better with the color of the barrel of the wheel. Weights were added correctly, not all over the place but in one area on each balance point of the wheel (I used to work in a shop so I can appreciate a good balance job). Zero vibration all the way up to highway speed. Couldn't be happier. Already sent a friend their info to repair his Porsche wheels. A+ shop. Real gentlemen to deal with and very reasonably priced.

I found some sites online that claimed they had it, but after the order was placed the site had to cancel the order because they couldn't get stock (this happened on 2 different websites). Then I came here... not only did this place have NEW (in the package and everything) hubcaps- they were slightly less money (and of course no shipping and handling). The place is filled with hubcaps- an incredible selection. Plus the manager was very knowledgeable. All you have to do is say the year and model and he'll know what you need. Highly recommend.

On October 7, 2025, I contacted this tire shop regarding a replacement tire and was quoted $100. I…read morewent to the shop, had the tire replaced, and attempted to pay by credit card. I was informed the business accepted cash only. I walked to a nearby gas station, withdrew the cash, and returned to pay in full. Prior to payment, I requested a receipt. The owner declined, stating that issuing a receipt would require him to "pay taxes." Under New York Vehicle & Traffic Law § 398-d, motor vehicle repair shops are legally required to provide customers with an itemized invoice for any repair performed. The shop's refusal placed them in violation of this statutory requirement. After I requested a receipt, the owner directed his employee to remove the tire that had just been installed. This created a situation in which I no longer felt safe remaining on the premises. I left the location without making payment due solely to the shop's refusal to provide the legally required invoice and the threatening manner in which the situation escalated. Approximately one month later, I was contacted by law enforcement and arrested. I was not read my Miranda rights. Additionally, the complainant did not identify me in person; according to the responding officer, identification was based solely on my phone number and a driver's license photograph. My actions on the date of service were consistent with lawful, responsible consumer conduct. I obtained the cash requested and fully intended to pay, contingent only upon receiving the required documentation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. All because I asked for a receipt. I would never wish this experience on anyone. Please be careful. This business made me feel unsafe, threatened, and dehumanized.
