Can I give it ZERO STARS??!! I've been going there for over 30 yrs! The NEW owner is a complete IDIOT! Ever since RAY sold it the place has gone downhill. The owner is arrogant and does not like to honor Tax Exempt papers. I spent $175 on tires there! He reprimanded me for not giving him a notice about the tax exempt. Excuse me? Then he slams his hand on the counter to scare me. He told me to never come back. HE IS PATHETIC! According to him he has 7 stores and isn't worried about customers. POS! read more

Needed two tires. First shop didn't have my size in stock. Rayda did. Workers were friendly and respectful. Only two complaints- didn't reinstall my air pressure sensors from original rims, and they put the new tires on the same side instead of on the same axle. read more

Horrible service. I went back to talk with the owner about how horrible his front desk man was and he was on a " long distance phone call". They overcharged tires. Talk to me as if I was illiterate. I don't know about you but I like to go to a tire place in which I am treated with respect. Do not recommend to anyone.They tried to scam me then avoid talking about the situation.No one runs a business like that. Suggest other places where friendliness is key. These guys really didnt seem like they wanted my buisness. The person who I talked to couldnt even bother to find my tire size for my car insisting that I have to find it on my own. When I find what the tire size is he doesnt even bother to look and just says no. Not worth my time. read more

When I asked him to go down five dollars , so that I could tip him, he said not to worry, just to pay the amount ...I did tip him at the end because of his awesome customer service and great referrals (I need a balance and another service). I own a small mobile auto repair business so I go through a lot of tires on my work van. Each time I bought new, I spent over $1,000. One of my customers mentioned this place because he has used them for years for tires on his work van. I have used them 2 times and the service is great. They are quick, have great prices, and also check every used tire before it is installed to make sure it is in good condition. They also provide a short warranty, but it is better than nothing. Went to Rayda to replace all four tires. The dude that calls in the cars had a horrible attitude. Gave me attitude and decided to pull a job meeting before servicing cars. To make matters worst I was told I had to leave with all four tires, I got home to none. When I went back to get my tires the same guy refused to get them for me the same day told me to come back the following day. He was very sketchy and rude.
