My friend sent me a picture of her flowers when she received them and they looked beautiful. I gave 4 stars because when I asked her how the delivery experience was she shared that the delivery lady was on the phone and just said recipient's name and left them there. I believe the delivery is part of the charm when someone receives flowers and I paid an extra $18 for deliver and an extra $20 for timed delivery. If deliver is a service offered and charged extra for I would hope for a friendly and attentive delivery.

Ordering was easy, their online shop is user friendly. You can set up when to pick up. At your pick up date, you arrive at their store and the person goes to the back and gets your order. Easy peasy!
