Never expect your delivery to be on time and they say they give you a discount but it's all really convoluted and you think you're getting a discount until you get to checkout. No credit no replacement no customer service. I purchased 3 items from grassdoor last week. I will say the delivery was very prompt the problem lies in the 2 of the products I received. First off the pineapple gummies arrived in a tin where the seal had been broken and bits of shrink film were present. Obviously I tossed the entire tin. I also ordered a grassdoor battery for a vape pen. The pen would not take a charge and was trash. After 12 e mails and required fotos of the lousy $10 pen they agreed to only offer me store credit not even a replacement. The worst customer service attitude I have ever experienced. Buyer beware once they have your credit card number you are agreeing to their terms. I am currently filing a complaint with my bank requesting they take action and investigate their current web business practices. I ordered a scheduled pick up that said between 2-5pm and that was fine. I had something to do after in the evening. It is now 7:47 pm and they are not even on the way. Why even have scheduled if they don't respect it. I had to unfortunately work around them I case they "might show up" but never did. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I've been a loyal Grassdoor customer for 3 years. They have always had good product available and have great customer service. Recently, their selection has gone down, delivery charges have gone up, and there seems to be no regard for communication to the customer. Tonight, I placed a scheduled delivery order with an 8 hour lead time. I heard no communication from Grassdoor about late deliveries or about it being busy, which is unusual. They always communicate when they're running behind. I had to reach out to customer service an hour after my delivery window only to be told that my order will most likely be cancelled and pushed to tomorrow. If I hadn't reached out to them, I would have never heard from them about moving my delivery to tomorrow. They would have either cancelled it or changed delivery without communication. I feel stupid for being such a loyal supporter of Grassdoor for so long. They have had years to perfect a delivery system that IS NOT WORKING. And what's worse, they don't seem to care that it is an awful experience for the customer. I was offered a $10 credit for my inconvenience, when all I wanted was integrity, transparency and communication. Good bye, Grassdoor. read more
