Called and scheduled appointment to repair outside waterline leak. Came, worked on the leak. Did not stop the leak. Charged $85.00, texted scheduler several times and called, they did not respond called and finally got through, scheduled two more appointments of fix the leak. Did not come to house either of two days. Stayed home all day both days. After two months more hired another plumber that fixed the leak in a few minutes. read more

They did not call me back when they said they would to set an appointment, then called at 6:45 in the morning and wanted to get everyone out of bed because his house was close and he did not want to come any other time. A businessman who gets it. Sergio left a more profitable job in a home that was uninhabited to fix my water line. He could have told me he was too busy, but didn't. Not only did he do that, his fix was an improvement over my previous installation - added a pipe union on his own to make future repairs, if necessary, easier. So, if anyone is familiar with Napoleon Hill, Sergio went the extra mile, and he did it because it was the right thing to do, not because he expected something for it, or because some inspector was looking over his shoulder.
