TERRIBLE, unprofessional customer service and installation!…read more This company installed a replacement garage exhaust fan at my elderly parents house on September 10, 2025. The installer obviously didn't survey the outside of the house as they would have seen the A/C compressor sits directly beneath the outflow vent of the garage exhaust fan. As a result, whenever the A/C kicks on, the hot air shoots straight up to the vent and into the garage, via the fan blades spinning backwards. I personally got on a step ladder to experience the turned off fan spinning backwards and sucking the hot air into the garage and my face. The fan blades stop spinning backwards as soon as the A/C turns off. The garage has become an absolute oven now. I left a polite and detailed voicemail a few weeks ago, asking for a call back to discuss fixing this issue ASAP. No response. A few days later I sent a polite email via their website, with even more details and requested a quote for three options to fix the exhaust fan, including installing gravitational shutters. Again, NO RESPONSE. Almost two weeks from my initial VM, I called the cell number listed on their company vehicle/website. I was patched thru to what sounded like an older gentleman, who confirmed the business number. I explained politely, but with a frustrated voice the situation and that I had reached out twice already with no response. He said he would contact his son and I would hear back the next day (June 26). You guessed it, NO RESPONSE. A few days ago I sent a not so polite email, via their website, documenting my many attempts to reach anyone at this company for either resolution or a referral to another company who can provide assistance with this fan issue. You guessed it .... NO RESPONSE. NO RESPONSE still to this day (July 3)! The replacement exhaust fan and installation cost my parents $285. What a waste of my parents money and now my time spent. Needless to say I am shopping around for a solution. I can't help but feel they took advantage of an elderly (90 yrs old) sick man (he passed away 1.5 months later) and they don't want to face the music with a frustrated daughter.
