I LOVE 7BREWS! I have no complaints about 7Brews they are consistent. I found 1 coffee I love & stick to it is the only downside because I love it so much, I even got my boyfriend hooked on it. Service is slways great, they walk to my car to take my order, I give them phone number so I get my points(after 10 you get a free one) plus my last order is saved under my number so I just tell them I want the same as last time. By the time I get to the window my coffee is ready. If someone happens to mess it up they fix it with no problem. The ambiance is great for a drive thru only place. They have digital screens that change showing you flavors and options. Each month they have different drink specials. Oh and they have a secret menu look it up online. This was my first trip to seven brews and I will be honest and say I had to drive over 30 minutes to get to this location in Clermont. Now as you know this is not the farthest I've ever driven just for coffee see previous reviews. But I will say Shayla made the trip. This sweet girl was so full of energy and I will say caffeine might have been to blame but she was a firecracker. Now shame on me for not doing my due diligence and knowing the menu prior to getting there but her recommendation for the candy cane latte with extra peppermint since I am a peppermint fiend was spot on. And these baristas in this drive-thru coffee shop were on the top of their game they had me in and out in a matter of minutes. If I am in the Clermont area you bet your sweet bottom I will be stopping in and hoping to see her smiling face again. Chance was so sweet to make my daughter's birthday even more special! We were on our way to Crayola in Orlando but decided to take a detour to get a delicious banana bread blonde triple 7 which everyone made sure to warn me on how much caffeine was inside this drink. It's an iced coffee with both vanilla and caramel syrups. I also added some caramel drizzle. My friend ordered their iced cinnamon roll coffee. Both weee incredible. I was a little worried that mine was be too sweet, but it was absolutely perfect! Hers was really good too. Again, the service was great and our orders were fast. If Chick-fil-A were a coffee stop. That's the vibe this place gave me. It's like a pull up coffee line rather than a a drive through. The building just houses the supplies and machines, everything takes place in the line. The staff take your order through tablet, with payment processors built into the backs . The menu was impressively simple: they make these drinks and have these syrups... how do you want it? It's really all "Your Choice" and I thought that was great. About 50 percent of their syrups are sugar free, which was nice and not a noticeable taste difference. I didn't ask how many pumps were standard, but it doesn't seem to be as outrageous as Starbucks or Dunkin's! Mine was a small cold brew with Salted Caramel (sugar free). It was a perfect balance. The person who took my order was very nice. The line was short, and the service was fast. I got an iced chai latte with sugar free dark chocolate and it was delicious. I would like a spicier chai option but I have that recommendation everywhere as it's not an option anywhere that I've found. I really liked and appreciated the sugar free options on the menu. The customization options are amazing. Also the specialty menu looked super yummy. It doesn't look like they have an app but they do have a reward program which looks fun. I liked the community poll about musicals that was a fun addition. With Dutch Bros close by, I had tried them first but much prefer 7 Brew Coffee more. I'll be back for sure. I love the fact it is a drive thru so you get your coffee on the go with no extra frills. Line can be long sometimes so plan ahead. Worst service in town. My girl friend and and I have been going here for 2 months. We spent probably $1000 here over that time span. We used this location as a nice meet up point to get away from our kids and spend time to grab a drink and catch up alone. We go through the drive thru and park in their parking lot. Of course we hold hands in my truck and yes we do kiss a few times. We are 47 and enjoy time in our vehicle. A teenager manger last month came out and asked us to leave because the minors were offended. He/she stated that we could face the other direction if we wanted. That kissing in my tinted windowed truck was inappropriate behavior because they employed minors. I spoke to a corporate manager and she backed them and said that is it public parking. There is no signs say other wise. So we have been using Dutch bothers since. Today we decided to grab one from here and we're talking about her sons birthday dinner tonight and lo and behold they called the cops on us and guess what it back fired. He stated it was not against the law for us to talk and kiss in The privacy of our own vehicle in That parking lot. Well we won't be back. Will never be back. We will take our business down the street to Dutch brothers. They have better service and tastier drinks. Seems to have better management and seems to be paying the staff better. Simple observation because the staff is friendly and mostly older age. And have never said they were offended by us meeting up. Even said we were cute and appreciated our business.
