I got a large and when I drank from the tea it was very tart and kind of overwhelming. When I got back to the office I got a cup of ice and filled half up with water and mixed in the tea in the other half to dilute it and was much much better. Price was a little on the high side considering it wasn't some fat burning tea or protein shake. I also found it odd that in a energy / nutrition shop the cashier was drinking a monster.
