For an American palette, I think they need to remove the bones from the stewed chicken, but A+ for authenticity. If you ask for hot sauce, they will give you some "homemade sauce", which I would call a Scotch Bonnet relish, not sweet. It is great, but pretty chunky for being called a sauce. It has that great spicy sweet heat of the scotch bonnet pepper, and is a great compliment to collards.

I ordered a vegan Philly cheesesteak with the pickle fries. They were both AMAZING. Some of the best vegan food I've ever had, including vegan Philly cheesesteaks in Philadelphia! I ordered mine with jalapeños as I like some heat. It was so flavorful and well seasoned. The vegan cheese had a great texture too. The pickle fries were great as well. She fixes my tea and say it will be $7.50, she gives me my change. I say do I need to sign this email list she say no thats only if I want to keep up the sales. I walk off slowly to see if she going to say thank you or if she would see if I wanted anything else. My plan was to spend a few hundred dollars there on some products because I need some more instead of me ordering online and having to wait on it and to support the business. But that didn't happen. She didnt say a word. I feel like if you running a business, customer service is a must..greet them, see how you can help them, tell them thank you with a smile so they will consider coming back.
