I simply said, "Please pray." Without hesitation, she told us she would pray for our daughter and for our family. That moment meant more than she probably realizes. In the middle of doctor appointments, uncertainty, and long days, her compassion brought us hope and comfort. It was more than customer service -- it was genuine kindness, empathy, and love. We walked away feeling seen and cared about, not just as customers, but as people. I truly hope her manager and team know what an incredible person they have.
