And, if you're lucky enough and spoil yourself to a delish breakfast/brunch next door at Greasy Joe's on a weekend, you might just spot the funny man himself, coming back from the Espy after a big night, popping in to grab his paper. The coffee machine is often very busy during weekdays, and on occasion they run out of the medium sized $2 paper cups. Loaves of bread can be purchased in white, wholemeal and wholegrain varieties. At the rear of the store is an ATM, a well-stocked pie and sausage roll section and iced-coffee is also available with ice-cubes in a refrigerated cabinet (but I haven't tried those yet). Staff are attentive, ready to offer assistance and of a reasonable height. This 7-11 is also a petrol station, which is very handy if you have a car. Last week I saw a guy there with huge muscles, but he wasn't pumping iron .. he was pumping gas! Overall this is a great place and would recommend it to any Richmond locals or visitors to the area.

Okay, so I live 2mins away from a regular coles-but since this new one opened, I prefer to travel the extra 10mins just to shop here instead. Why? Because it's huge/awesome/it even sells clothes! So they've got a humongous fruit and grocery section, which means they sell 5 different breeds of potatoes (no more waiting for the farmers market on weekends). They've also got a huge meat selection, so much meat, so many different cuts and so much variety. I love how they have these cold aisles (cheese/butter/yoghurt etc.) are big enough for you to roam freely with your trolley without bumping into other trolleys. This Coles also sells curry that is there cooking in a pot, oh and they have roast chicken spinning in a window display and did I say it was 24hours? I could go on forever about this place, it's brand new and I'm obsessed with it! I would definitely recommend visiting this place if your nearby, if you don't find what your looking for, then there's a 24hour Kmart right next door to it too!

The Freddo frogs (although simple) was a big deal at the time, like my office survival kit: especially during the last three months of my corporate career. They would always have specials for buying four Freddo frogs of different varieties at any given moment, and this convenience store would run the occasional competition where a pre-paid Visa card was up for grabs to entice you into buying more chocolate which stocked up my survival kit when one needed it stocked up the most. The ambience was inviting, especially the owl and inside (although a bit of tight space at times) allured that welcoming feeling for the tired office worker.

Bottle of Water costs 4 times than Coles which is located right next to the Station in the same complex. We ended up coming here when we got off Skybus as it is located right when we were dropped off inside the terminal and don't feel like venture out with our luggage. Good if you just want something quick but if you are on a budget, stock up at Coles! Opens 24/7
