Very classy environs in a nondescript strip mall. Baked goods are very good, but not quite at the…read moremind-boggling level that a 5* would lead me to expect. Mana'eesh are made fresh to order, and folded up like a quesadilla--nicely crispy exterior though I found the spinach a bit lemon-heavy (this is my fault). The "fried baklava" had a really nice fresh crunch and a filling that was creamy without being too sweet, but it was missing something (maybe nut flavor?).

Baklava - gifting these all the time and I know they're bomb. The Baklava was sooo delish. It was full and has a hint of rose. This one is filled with clotted cream. . The fatayer had the perfect spices and I'll be getting more and keeping them on hand. . Meat & Cheese Manaeesh -$4.00 and would get again. So good and gooey. . Chicken Manaeesh - my go to but lately I noticed less filling - please don't be one of those places that stinges after they get more popular!! . Get some knafeh (5$/piece or 23$ for a kilo) & the nostalgic harisseh cake (8$ for a small cake). . All in all, defInately check them out! Staff are always friendly and I come here quite frequently. . They have some of the cheapest desserts and always fresh. They are known for their knafeh and I love their zataar pitas too. . Note: this is more of a bakery/ pick up place. You can order the Manaeesh and eat on your way home.

I ordered the Matcha Lemonade, which had a mixture of lemonade soda and a matcha flavor to it for $7.50. Given the price and the small portion cup, I felt like it was a bit underwhelming at best given the price, and I don't feel like I got my money's worth. However, given the experience, I would reccomend this coffee shop to tourists in the area! Just not great for the price.

The staff were nice and warm. Offered fresh brewed coffee and even brought it to my table one time. It's easy to ask questions when you know you have a friendly staff in front of you and interaction was pleasant. I ordered a Cinnamon bun and the guy offered to heat it up. Went well with my regular black coffee. On a different instance they even brought me another coffee from a fresh batch when they realized the one I just ordered was from an older one. That was really nice. I just realized it's nice to come here in the mornings as well. The walls are all glass so it lets a lot of ambient light from the outside in. It's refreshing to have sunlight on your face while having breakfast or when reading. I tried the bacon and egg sandwich and I know it was fresh because the egg yoke oozed out when I took a bite. I was pleasantly surprised. The bread tasted and smelled good. The bacon crisp. The veggie fresh and green. There's a lot more pastry options during the day. I posted it here. I love sitting on the full sized sofa when I'm lazy and just want to read a book. The ambient music is just right, not too loud, so friends can have a relaxed conversation without the music drowning their voices. It can be busy during late Saturday mornings so come early if you want to find a table and not planning to take your coffee to go. This is located in the nice Mahogany condos. There's plenty of free street parking. When you step out there's plenty of other shops to explore. They have the Marble Slab Creamery. Of course the Chairman's Steakhouse. There's a high end wine store, a bar, etc. Plenty of other service oriented shops and more. In the summer it's great because the Mahogany Beach Club is next door. Yes there's a beach and sand, in the middle of the neighbourhood. Awesome! A paved running trail is conveniently located around the beach. When the water is frozen I've seen people ice skating and playing hockey on the ice. It's in a really nice area and enjoyable!
