1) terrible dispatch woman, could hardly understand her version of English, had to repeat several…read moretimes, she just kept saying "yes yes I understand!"....But obviously she did not understand, because she gave the driver the wrong information, TWICE! 2) the driver was horribly rude, on the phone msg he left for me and also when he finally arrived here......1 1/2 hours later!
