I showed him the Purolator delivery notification, but he rudely replied, "I'm not a liar, Purolator just sends those emails saying delivered, but the package doesn't actually come." He was extremely rude and clearly didn't know how to speak proper English or handle customers. After that, I called Purolator customer care, and they redirected my call to the same shop. As soon as they talked to him, he went inside and got my package in 2 minutes. It's obvious they were trying to steal people's packages. They first deny having it and then blame Purolator. I strongly believe they're doing something illegal there because they looks like under the table stuff(selling something illegal) I highly recommend not going there or giving them any business. They are dishonest and unprofessional.
