So I walk in this morning, young man and a woman behind the counter, guy I may have seen a time or two but the woman has sold me Cope 30+ times this year alone - kid rings me up and looks to be changing shifts, I pay, the woman says I'm good and I'm on my way. (Now Copenhagen recently changed up their packaging, so I understand the possibility of confusion) Not 5 minutes later, I realize he gave me pouches - so I turn around and head back into the same 7-11 where this female clerk just heard me order my usual, told me I was good and saw me leave not 10 minutes ago... I explain the situation and she informs me that there is nothing they can do. So I informed her that if clerks can make a mistake, then can't fix their mistake with a customer who literally orders the same exact items every other day for the last 3+ years, then I would find a newstore where the clerks pay closer attention as I am now out for the cost of two cans of Cope with no rectification, so I'll be going to one of the plenty of other C-stores rather than returning to this specific site again in the future. People make mistakes, but they need to be able to correct them.
