I told her she was rude and then she called me a "bitch" numerous times and threatened the police. She claimed she never said anything. I went in to pick up a prescription which is of a sensitive nature. The pharmacist ( long red hair)…read morecame to the counter and in a " I raise my voice to everyone over 50 because I assume they are deaf" voice, announced the name of the drug to me and asked me a series of questions about side effects. I told her that it was not appropriate to have that conversation at the counter with a line of people behind me. She defended herself and said, annoyed, that she had to ask questions when a person is on certain drugs for a while. I agreed that the questions were a good thing, but should have been asked one on one. She walked away. I understand that this pharmacy is grossly understaffed; they have even closed the drive through, and it will only get worse during season in a very few weeks. But that doesn't excuse her unprofessional behavior and defensive attitude.
