The drink station was not clean, and despite multiple employees being present, there was no greeting or customer service. When I attempted to purchase a tobacco product that I regularly buy from this location, I was immediately asked for ID before the employee even checked the product. While I understand age verification policies, the interaction felt rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told the employee was the manager and received no assistance. I ended up purchasing only my water and leaving. As a frequent customer who lives nearby, this experience was frustrating enough that I will be taking my business elsewhere.

All had their REAL ID.ALL OVER THE AGE OF 21 trying to buy cigarettes. She refused an older gentleman his beer purchase. She called the cops. I walked into all of this, I said hello asked where the line was,made a comment about having had worked at the same place as the furniture place. I told her I was buying cigarettes and gave her my id, she confirmed me all being good to go, gave it back then the moment I said which ones she denied my purchase saying they (the furniture guys) were buying the same ones so she was refusing to sell them to me as well. 5 cops showed up took us all outside. She really went all out even gave one of the cops water works because we were asking for the reason and management contact details. At the end of the day this behavior is uncalled for. Absolutely disrespectful for her to act the way she did.she was refusing to provide reason, info on contacting MGMT and then called the cops in hysterics. Bring back the old team because those one isn't itwhy should the regulars constantly be turned away. This isn't the first set of people from the neighborhood that she turned away. All of us are OVER THE LEGAL AGE.

An employee came out and helped him push his car to the side, another employee came out to see if she could help, the owner then got involved and helped by getting a heavy-duty mechanic who was getting gas to help. Knowing he was a college student on his way home after his final exam, the mechanic explained what was wrong and told him if he got the needed part that he would install it for him the next day after work. People like these are rare these days. I've never been so thankful and appreciative!

The price of gas was cheap, but the BP was extremely run down and dirty. The outside had trash and empty bottles scattered around the pumps and the easy stop accessory was missing from the gas pump. It could have been for safety reasons, but it is still nice to have. Inside the store was a bit chaotic with where eveything was located. I was slapped in the face by a chicken struggling for his or her life in the fryer. There was a chicken station in the back that was in full force because the whole store was engulfed in a fried chicken smell. My wife even said I stunk of KFC when I came back in the car. I went to get a cup of coffee and there was only cappuccino. I saw 2 coffee makers that were not labeled and I assumed they were regular coffee. I was wrong! It was French vanilla, which I despise! I saw a dime on the ground and didn't even attempt to pick it up because of the liquid it was sitting next to. Sad day to not become 10 cents richer. The store had signs made of cardboard with sharpie writing on them displaying some deals. The associate taking my payment wasn't rude, but wasn't inviting at the same time. I am sad this is my 50th review and is a poor one, but I can't say anything positive about the BP except the gas price which is dictated by more than just BP.

You can tell the bldgc it's old but the rest rooms are clean and odor free. There is a Waffle House directly across the street if the hot food here isn't satisfactory.

Also the pumps have an odd setup, they come in groups of three but are not spaced out a lot so if you were on the middle pump and someone wants to pump behind you you might find yourself stuck until one of them finishes and leaves. I might be alone on this, and I know it isn't the most uncommon, but I feel the practice of advertising cash price is a bit shady.
