Horrible, the gas pump scammed me out of about 8 of 9 dollars. Not a single drop of gas for 9 dollars. Horrible avoid this place

Cashier couldn't have been more rude. I bought groceries and smiled and wished him a good day. Then I asked for a Powerball ticket with Power Play and Double Play. After requesting them, he asked what I wanted on the ticket several times. I repeated what I wanted every time he asked. After all of that, the ticket didn't have the Power Play. He got rude and argumentative about it. Claiming I didn't ask for that. After he made me repeat myself so many times. He walked away and I said you got my money and I didn't get my ticket. He made a face, demanded another dollar, and finally gave me my ticket. Childish, rude, unprofessional!! This is the last rude incident I am going to tolerate at this store just because it is closer and more convenient. They always act put upon to have to serve customers, no matter how kind you are. There are other 7- Elevens with much nicer people. From now on, I am going to drive a little further to another one where they're always nice, the place is clean, and they make you feel welcome. read more

Their cold second is room temperature at best and their customer service is completely screwed. You can't call to make sure they have what you are looking for in stock because they just let it go to a non existent voicemail. Over all rude. I went in physically after not getting through the phone and they had zero people in the store while I was asking for a vape. They seemed mad that I was even there. I took my kids here for Slurpee's as a treat. The app had a coupon for candy, normally $3.79, on sale for $3 when you bought a Slurpee at the same time. Literally those were the words on the coupon. Buy a Slurpee, get this candy for $3. I bought 3 slurpees and the guy behind the counter refused to honor their own coupon as the XL drink I purchased didn't match the generic green cup the ad showed. This idiot fought me tooth and nail over 79 cents stating that the larger slurpee didn't work for the "buy a slurpee get candy for $3 coupon" and that only a smaller one would, one that incidentally did not patch the picture that he was so desperately trying to convince me that it did. I cannot believe the stupidity of some people. You'd think his children's lives were on the line. Needless to say, I will not be going back to that hole in the wall no matter how conveniently located. Walked out without buying anything. read more

Great staff at this location, always super nice and say good morning quite often. Bathrooms are OK, not the best but what gas station is? It's a nicer 7-11, clean and they have everything you could need for a road trip, I.e: Gatorade, chips, candy and lottery scratch cards! My main complaint with this location is that the staff and store always stink of B.O. I see from the reviews below that I am not the only one who has noticed this. Take a shower, people! !!! CREDIT CARD SKIMMERS!!! As Murphy's Law would have it, immediately upon finishing gassing up my car, I noticed that the security tape on the gas pump credit card processor was broken, ripped off, and the void sticky was showing. After first processing some serious disappointment with myself, went inside to let the cashier know that they needed to immediately put an out of order sign on that pump and contact the necessary authorities to either investigate if the pump was tampered with, or if it was just an act of vandalism, but either way I was seriously concerned about the safety of my credit card information I had just entered into the pump. I was basically laughed at, accused of being paranoid, and shooed out the door. Fast forward one week, that credit card was just used for $6000 worth of transactions in Florida. I'm not sure what the proper course of action is that I can take this point but I will be starting with the police department and asking them if I can file charges against the gas station. read more

The staff at this 7-Eleven are always super friendly and will let you know of any deals going on (everything always seems to be on sale here). They are VERY good at up selling! With easy access to the Lightrail and RTD buses, this is a very convenient location. They always have an abundance of snacks. What more could you ask for at 7-Eleven? read more

If there were no stars that's what they would get. The foul smell of Body Oder I could get past. It's the "not my problem" is why I would drive miles to find another gas station. After someone deflated my motorcycle tire, I limp in to this 7/11. I get $1.50 in quarters FOR AIR. I drop in 1.25 grab the hose, get my tire into position, cap off and go to put my last quarter in and the machine has reset and wants another $1.50. I go inside to see if they can help and I get "not my problem". I put another dollar on the counter to get more quarters a little frustrated but wasn't rude and he gets rude with me. Air machine didn't work after I now drop $3 bucks in. I go in to buy a can of fix a flat that was marked 5.99 but when I take it to the counter its $9.99, forget that. Avoid this place if you can help it. read more

I don't go to 7-Eleven stores often. I often dislike the so-called "convenience" stores, so they are not often part of my routine stops. However, not as though I'm in love with this store, but I have stopped in each time I have a group bicycle ride at Carson Nature Center. Post-ride, this is a great stop to get some cold water, energy drinks and snacks. The store has been clean and neat and I am able to get in and out very quickly. There are numerous trash cans out in front, so I can pour my water into a water bottle and throw out the bottle, along with my protein shake package. I was here yesterday and I noticed they also have fresh fruit. I picked up a banana to eat on my way home and it was fresh, not bruised. I was surprised to see 3-4 fresh fruit options, which was truly a convenience for me post-ride. read more

Holy smokes,Body Odor! My husband takes me there to pick up some aspirin and as I walk in he says"Enjoy the smell"! Didn't really think of what he was saying until I walked threw the door into a thick cloud of B.O. my goodness can't they smell it. I came back to the car and told him "thank you for taking me there when you know I'm sensitive to yucky smells". He got his laugh for the night. Just like Patrick J. my credit card number was stolen. One hour after using my credit card to pay for gas I got a fraud alert for an attempted purchase at this gas station for $95.00. Don't patronize this store. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau to look into this fraud. read more

The employees are so unfriendly it's a shame the location is convenient. Every time I go in I make a point to say hello and ask how the employee is, etc. and they barely grunt back an answer. I am done going there and will go to the shell station up the street. read more
