Nice 7-Eleven store close to Los Angeles International Airport and In-N-Out. The store was cleaner than most 7-Eleven stores that I've been to. I can tell that they are one of the newer locations because they have those fresh bake in their store cookies sitting in their cases. Yummy!! Good thing I didn't need to use their restroom because I read in other reviews that they are always closed. Hey, I can understand why because there are many vagrants and loiterers in the area. They tend to use the restrooms for cleaning up themselves and then messing up the restrooms. Hard to keep those folks away. Bad for paying customers cause everybody ends up getting punished. Oh well, that's how it is in many parts of California nowadays. There were a couple of guys asking for money outside. Other than that there were no issues. Service was not as nice as the store, but it wasn't bad service either.

A better than average 7-Eleven. No cappuccino machine! If you've never had 7-Eleven cappuccino you should give it a try. No apple fritters made my panda buddy sad, but otherwise all good.

Train cashier to do their job , instead of being on the phone and yielding at customers when customers ask for service

This is a difficult CVS to review as there is a lot of shenanigans from the unhoused just outside…read morethe door. But it's a good CVS, the employees are nice and helpful. This one is good if you're staying in the area or need something in a pinch.

That's including the…read morecustomers that they & their store are DEPENDENT on for the revenue that ultimately pays their individual INCOME. I'm sure they have been through a lot at this location, which I definitely take into consideration, but I don't think that means that low quality customer treatment is now acceptable (across multiple visits). I waited for them to come take a cheap item I needed out of the locked cages (that every item is in now), and when they did, instead of handing me the 5 dollar item, they insisted that they would take it up to the front where it would be waiting for me. After waiting in a long line, my item was not at the front.. So I just checked out without it. As I was leaving, an employee came up to me with the item I needed and acted like I was being an inconvenience. I went back and purchased the item only to find out that I missed out on a discount that I would have gotten if I'd have purchased it with my other items. I couldn't care less about the discount - ha, but it's just the principle of the situation and how the employees I dealt with could obviously care less. And this has been a re-occurring vibe at this store. Not to mention that the store's inventory has not been very great either.. ALTHOUGH, it is true that you never-ever know what people might be dealing with in their lives... --which is why I gave a 2 star rating instead of 1 star.

This 7-Eleven in Little Tokyo is definitely a solid spot for a quick late-night run. It's big,…read morebright, and surprisingly spacious for a convenience store. I stopped by around 11pm on a Monday night and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They had everything you'd expect, and the location is really convenient. It was right across the street from the DoubleTree by Hilton that I was staying at. So if you're staying in the area or just passing through on foot (it's on a busy corner), it's easy to swing by. It's your typical 7-Eleven experience, nothing mind-blowing but nothing terrible either. It's a good spot for grabbing snacks or drinks if you need something quick, but it didn't offer anything that made it stand out from the hundreds of other 7-Elevens out there. Parking can be a little tight in the area since it's Little Tokyo, but nothing too wild if you don't mind walking a block or so. It was pretty dead when I was out and about walking. There was a few people experiencing homelessness and there was a fight that broke out in the area but again, I didn't feel unsafe. I would suggest getting on a bike or a scooter to be able to ride faster if you are feeling unsure. Overall, a perfectly fine place to stop by if you're in the neighborhood or need something late at night, but don't expect anything beyond your typical 7-Eleven experience.

Not worth eating! I gave it the benefit of the doubt the second time, and the same croissandwich I got was just slightly warm, and the sausage was barely cooked. This 7-Eleven has a serious Quality Control problem, and the corporate will need to intervene. Else, this location will drag the overall reputation of 7-Eleven to the pits! It's like being operated in a third-world country!
