I asked for my receipt to check it over and he gave it to me angry like it was a problem I asked for it. When I asked him why he charged me the $4.60 instead of the $3.24, he yelled at me and said look at my change. I understood, but I wanted to know why I was charged wrong on the receipt. He passed me to a co-worker that explained it to me perfectly. Was that so hard to do? You upset a costumer because you couldn't say the discount shows up on the bottom of the receipt? Bathroom access required a keypad, which is understandable, however I was escorted to the door, and the code was deliberately concealed rather than shared. Once I got inside, I noticed the door lock had been taped over, preventing it from being locked from the inside which raised my privacy n safety concerns honestly. The bathroom itself was poorly maintained. Toilet paper wasn't properly stocked, floor was sticky, there was an exposed hole in the wall blowing hot air over the toilet, and handwritten graffiti "no smoking crack" had been left directly beneath the "no smoking" sign. I don't usually leave reviews for convenience store-gas stations, but this stood-out due to basic cleanliness and maintenance issues that should be addressed. With better oversight of the bathroom, this 7-Eleven could be much improved.

However, just recently during my normal gas up, the attendant did his routine and then I heard that there was some struggling going on with closing the door that covers my gas pump. I came out of the car, I saw the attendant pulling the wire connecting the door. He said that it's broken and that I should get it fixed. I panicked b/c he broke it and he was going to take the door out exposing the opening to my gas pump. He forced to door to close and I drove away. Before I left, I told him that he broke it and kept denying it. Well, I went to my auto repair guy b/c I could not open the door so I can gas up. It was shut close. He fixed the issue and it cost me $387. He told me that the attendant broke the switch that opens the door. These people are liars and not honorable. I would never go back there again. Beware! PS. I'm suing them in small claims court.
