It's a store that is horrible designed and products aren't anything that I couldn't find at Lotte. I'm glad I won't come back because it'll be less busier elsewhere to get what I need. It was nice and hot but the bagel quickly turned to stone. I assumed it was heated in a microwave and was in too long but the cashier said it was heated in an air fryer. He made another one for me and the same thing happened . Was Annoyed but ate it because I was in a hurry . This is a sad day when a coffee shop can't properly deliver a simple breakfast sandwich.
