I have a rule, I don't use a business' facility without buying something. As I was parking my bike, a young man came out to meet me. He said if I wished, he would bring out what ever I wanted, and I told him I had a two part reason to come in, one was to buy some beer and the other was to use the bathroom. Frankly, I was shocked and pleased. The last time I was there, several years ago, this was clearly a different ownership, and previous owners did not care about sweeping, mopping or keeping the shelves in an orderly fashion. These new owners have a pleasant staff, and they keep stuff really spiffy. If you get a chance, go see for yourself.

Todo comenzó cuando le pregunté sobre la promoción del 40% de descuento aplicable a un solo artículo. Mientras me atendía, ella estaba entregándome las mercancías sin bolsas, así que le pedí que me pusiera mis compras en bolsas. Al terminar y pagar, le recordé nuevamente sobre las bolsas, ya que tenía todo en el carrito sin empacar. Su respuesta fue extremadamente ruda: me dejó sola en la caja y me dijo que fuera yo misma a buscarlas. Es la primera vez que veo que en este lugar entreguen las compras de esa manera, sin embolsar y con tan poca atención. Afortunadamente, un señor que estaba allí me ayudó con las bolsas. Sin embargo, considero que la actitud de la cajera fue poco profesional y no representa el buen servicio que siempre he recibido en CVS. I always shop at this store, and the customer service has always been very good. However, today, 08/09/2025, at approximately 3:30 PM, I was assisted by a cashier named Karen, and the experience was very different. It all began when I asked her about the 40% discount promotion applicable to a single item. While assisting me, she was handing me my purchases without any bags, so I asked her to put my items in bags. Once she finished and I paid, I reminded her again about the bags, as all my purchases were still in the cart unpacked. Her response was extremely rude--she left me alone at the register and told me to go get them myself. This is the first time I have seen purchases handed over in this store without being bagged and with so little care. Fortunately, a gentleman who was there helped me with the bags. However, I believe the cashier's attitude was very unprofessional and does not reflect the good service I have always received at CVS.
