First, the location is great right next to a big beautiful walkable tree shade covered park. Nice big covered patio seating area and several different inside seating areas as well. I was greeted promptly by the friendly employees who took my order immediately. Unfortunately they were out of quiche so I ordered the avacado toast and a veggie sandwich with The Nikki coffee. Coffee was out in 5 minutes, delicious and not overly sweet which I appreciate,, with food to follow in another 5 minutes. The business is clearly conscious with the type of packaging they choose which I also apprecite. Great local business! Super cute shop with locally made art and goods for sale as well as games and entertainment for diners. Also, I am not gluten free and the bread is delicious to me. I ordered an iced green chili white mocha, which was excellent and had just a little bit of spice. When I was waiting for my drink, people were also working remotely within the coffee shop and it's probably a great place to catch up on some work. If you are in the Pueblo area, I highly recommend stopping by this coffee shop. It was an easy stop as I needed caffeine for the rest of the road trip.

My daughter got the macarons and I got a lemon cookie and a peppermint chocolate cake. My daughter said the macarons were delicious and my cookie and cake were good. The lemon cookie was not particularly lemony or sweet but had a sugary topping that helped out with the flavor. The peppermint cake had just the right amount of peppermint but the chocolate part seemed a little dry but not enough to ruin the chocolatey goodness. They also make homemade bread which looked delicious. All in all the place holds a certain charm and everyone was nice and pleasant and very helpful behind the counter.
