Driving through Pueblo and wanted to grab a quick Starbucks drink and a quick restroom break for my toddler. Placed my order online and it said it would be ready in 8-10 minutes. As we are walking in it's packed but my phone shows they are already making the drink. What really made me want to give it 5 stars is I was looking for the restroom- couldn't find it and was about to try and find somewhere else for my toddler to go. A barista noticed my alarmed face and yelled (since it was pretty loud) the restrooms are around the corner ma'am! Thank goodness! The restrooms were clean and well stocked. This Starbucks is hands-down the noisiest in the entire state. The music is perpetually blaring, and it's clear they've got a serious speaker placement problem. I get that the staff might enjoy their tunes, but wow, they crank it to an absurd level. Politely asking for it to be turned down? I have been here before and not had several good experiences. But when I came in today I found myself an angel and a new friend. I forgot my put my small purse in my computer bag this morning when I walked over here and I told the girl behind the counter what I did and I would just take hot water and come back later. The barista spoke up although she was very busy and said, "No, I got it." Ran over to the cashier and gave her her phone with the screen turned on to charge the drink to her. I was blown away at her kindness. I have been coming to Starbucks for over 20 years now. I have spent tons of money here. I bartended for years in my youth and we always gave away drinks to get more customers in. I really disliked that I was spending so much money here and never offered a freebie. Willow is a stellar human being with a Heart that is HUGE. She is the kindest and most sincere Starbucks employee I can remember and I have met alot. Starbucks - please keep her happy and paid well. I'm getting my business back up and running in Pueblo and I going to need people like her working with me in the future. Be very good to her or I'm going to try to get her on my team. My drink order is only correct one day out of the week, which is on Monday's and it's the guy that wears the kilt that seems to have a brain. I have kept going back because I get it, sometimes we make mistakes but after this morning I'll be going to the other location off highway 50. If someone pays $7.00 for a drink, make it right. There's no use in telling the girl at the window that my drink order is wrong because they sit there and argue with you. This has happened multiple times. I'm sorry, but I am myself in the hospitality industry and if a client says something is wrong then I make it right not pass them off. There's more than one Starbucks location! Also, your customer service here is lacking. I don't expect employees to be over the top happy but at least welcome your guests to your location. You would think after Covid and all of the layoffs that happened, employees would be appreciative of their job. But I guess it is just Starbucks. read more

I've stopped at a few Starbucks in Utah and Colorado during a road trip and was disappointed with quality and service but this Starbucks is on point. Friendly, personable, and attentive staff!! And the location is well staffed . Many times you go to a Starbucks and they have 3 people trying to fill 20 orders, not this location. They had staff for every operation, everyone appeared happy, they were playing good music, and their customer service was possibly the best I've received at any Starbucks location. Of all the starbucks I have tried around pueblo, this is the best of the best for starbucks in the area. The people are very friendly and fast. I also love this spot because it has a drive-thru. If you are passing through pueblo, this is right off exit 102. I also like that based on what you order, they always have great advice on how to enhance or change it up for your next visit. Check this place out and share what you think, but for me they have shown consistantly fast and friendly service and have always got my orders right. It's in somewhat of an odd spot as it is paired with a bank, and the drive thru entrance is on the east side of the bank. read more

Starbucks coffee is the same, no matter where you go, unless you get a terrible barista. Thankfully, this location doesn't have one, so I won't bother rating the coffee. The location is pretty convenient, since it's right off highway 50. The drive-thru isn't very convenient, though, because it's hard to spot without looking. Have to say, I love the baristas here. They're always very friendly, helpful, and add a lot to the atmosphere. Service alone was a very pleasant surprise. Inside, it's a bit crowded, since the set-up kind of tapers to the side down to a small space. Rather hard to describe, but really, a somewhat awkward layout, without a lot of open space. Still, the service is very nice, and that adds a lot to the experience. Definitely worth the stop, if you're a Starbucks fan. read more

Typically I have no issues with this location, but the last few mobile orders I've made they have been well below standards. This mornings coffee was unbelievably disgusting, I'm not sure who the batista was, but I ordered (mobile order) a grande triple vanilla latte no foam, nonfat milk, extra hot, 2/3 decaf, the first sip it tasted as if the barista used old coffee, and I mean filter dirty, day(s) old reheated coffee and sugarfree syrup. I don't use artificial sugars because of the distinct taste and flavor, this coffee was tossed out. I was not happy with this mornings purchase. Please do not try to use old coffee. With sweetners you should ask the patron if they wouldn't mind, don't assume they won't notice the difference. I won't dismiss this location entirely, but I will be sure to taste my coffee before leaving this location. read more

I Literaly ordered a black ice coffee and they made it wrong go to a better starbucks

The clerk got very irritated when I asked if she was making my drink decaf as I had asked. She was even more unhappy when I asked her to add more ice. And then when there was no half-and-half out and I had to ask her for some half-and-half she poured about 6 ounces in the paper cup and tried to hand it to me. I did not take it instead I asked her if she would pour it back in the milk jug because it was way too much but she said just use what you want And I will throw the rest away. I said oh I don't want to waste it can't you pour half back in the jug since I have not touched it? She glared at me took the cup and dumped it into the sink and brought me back the little bit that I asked for. I took it from her and said what a waste! She was really not happy with me then! Stopped in on a drive from Denver back to New Mexico and found it a bit difficult to get in to (it shares an entrance with a bank (I think) and the drive through is a bit difficult to navigate. The service was the place that left me the most disappointed. I stood at the pastry case for a good bit of time before I was acknowledged and then even longer to have my order taken (I was the only patron in line). The cashier was distracted (not sure by what) and asked me to repeat my order several times. She neglected to give me my pastries after serving the drinks. I've come in here quite a bit over the last few years; it's the only easily accessible Starbucks on the way up to the Springs from La Junta (not a terrible claim to fame I suppose). The interior isn't terribly spacious but they do get busy and can handle the rush. The staff represent the high point of any visit: they have that "WOA I'M PERKY I WORK AT 'BUX!" vibe that is fun, kind of like a twitchy chihuahua when you're holding a hot dog. I love Starbucks and have a gold card so I do spend some time at local Starbucks. I go for consistency and a great drink. The people here seem nice and helpful. One thing with this location is that they run out of the seasonal drinks much faster than any other Starbucks. The other issue is that the drive thru is so slow. If I see a line there where there is more than one car I will just pass it by because my time is more important than a coffee. read more

Another great Starbucks location in Pueblo. I'll be honest they are my SECOND choice but that at first was mostly due to location. However I make it a point to stop here every now and then because they make a great coffee and are friendly as well. Bathrooms had just been clean I'll give them that but talk about sloths they weren't busy at all and it took them 25 mins to get me 2 kids hot chocolates and my drink. Ordered 2 iced mochas and a kid's temperature Apple cider. Received 2 hot mochas and a boiling hot cider that burned my kids mouth bad. They remade the mochas but not the cider. Never had this happen at any Starbucks. read more
