So we checked our receipt or online receipt to make sure the name was right it was we gave them the order number they finally found our pizza and she was like oh it'll be a few more minutes ended up being 20 more minutes after we got there and they had 30 minutes before that to get the pizza ready and done so it took them almost an hour to get our pizza and finally when they motion for us to come in to get the pizza it was cold and hardly had any cheese on it it was a margarita pizza. The first time two weeks ago when we got pizza from there it was good but the staff was still not very knowledgeable and had problems finding our food so all in all the staff is the problem it seems like they're lazy , past two times we've gone in they're just standing around not doing a thing and nobody wanted to come greet us. Pizza today was cold and burnt even though they supposedly just got it out of the oven . March 14 2026 this was at Chattanooga Tn. St Hamilton place. It could be a good place just need better staff.

The two associates were not very friendly and oddly kept to themselves, even when ringing out customers. Cleanliness could use some focus as well, as the restrooms were a bit rough. Overall, I'm a fan of RaceTrac's and wouldn't mind stopping back by this location again.

He looked at the car and was able to turn the rotors and did not feel a need to put new ones in. (The first place said it was necessary). Danny took the time to explain everything and did not talk down to me or try to sell me services I was not in need of. Kimberely was a joy to deal with as well. I loved speaking with her and learning about their family and was able to see her in action. She is a smart lady with amazing customer service skills. The real hero was Ollie, though. He is the cutest office assistant I have ever seen. He is a beautiful Golden Retriever. He was a total love bug. I trust these guys and will give them all of my future business. I purchased a few bottles of wine here, and had the misfortune of one bottle being bad. I mean really bad. The cork was half rotted and by the time we got the bottle open, the wine was more like brown sludge than anything else. Well now what? A store isn't going to take wine back. I called the store and explained what happened. They didn't give me a hard time at all! In fact, they explained that there is a no return policy on alcohol in the state of Georgia, but said they'd be happy to give me a credit toward my next purchase. They asked when I was coming in next. When I got there, Anthony verified my purchase, but during this time he was approached by several customers and other sales associates with various challenges. I would have been completely frazzled. Not Anthony. He was calm, polite and handled each issue and questions with a smile and confidence, the whole time not neglecting me. I really don't know how he did it, but he made it look effortless. Not only was I satisfied with the way the store handled my challenge, but I was very impressed with Anthony and his service toward me and about 5 others at the same time. I can only hope that he is recognized for his stellar work ethic. His skill of customer service is a rarity!

Get your cokes, candy, chips and gas here before heading to the races. Drinks and food you buy here can save you money at Brainerd Optimist Club race track.
