This is definitely the cleanest and best stocked 7-11 in San Diego! I drive from Chula Vista to there to get my coffee. The employees are super sweet and helpful. Claudia is the best and is always super busy running around keeping it spic and span. Coffee is hot always and it's always well stocked with my favorite creamers. This is by far the most well run 7 eleven I have seen so far in all of San Diego, thanks to Claudia, she is doing an EXCEPTIONAL job. She is a beast. I go there in mornings, and I see an orderly well-organized store with amazing customer service. All thanks to Claudia floors are clean coffee machines are all working, napkin in their right place, milk dispenser is full and working. I never imagined writing a review for a convenience store but after stopping here today I simply had to report on my experience. The second I walked in both sales clerks welcomed me with smiles. I bought a few things (salad, drinks, wings) and the wings were so good we went back in for more. It seems 7-11 always has a deal on the pricey items I love. Sadly, Smart water is my drink and at this 7-11 they were 2 for $3. There is nowhere else in SD that has that price! The woman salesclerk was the coolest and we laughed about how strange it was that their 7-11 bathroom was actually cleaner and prettier than our own. Really cool experience today and hopefully I'll be back in the area to say hello and get my discounted h20 on! read more

I would RATE THE sales clerk that attended to us at this store today SUNDAY JULY 27, 2015 as ZERO IN CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!CAN YOU READILY SEE the word LARGE on the Buy 1 get 1 free Slurpee -- my kids bought 2 slurpees in a blue cup and my husband bought a bigger one -- when at the counter the 7/11 guy said my husbands is not the right size for the buy 1 get 1 it should be blue .. So thinking my kids were the right size ones I bought and paid it .. As I reviewed my receipt he charged me for 2 slurpees -- and I told him why charge me for 2 if it's buy one take 1 free he said it's not the right size .. I said to him that he told us blue cup and my kids slurpees are on a blue cup .. He said not that blue the darker blue the one that is size LARGE and for us to read the sign CAREFULLY .. I posted here at yelp the ACTUAL SIGN they have .. It is in black and white, the sizes of the 2 cups aren't even the same in the pic and LOOK HOW THEY PUT THE SIZE -- they just printed the BOTTOM OF THE LETTERS it's not even visible as it's not even half the size of the letters -- the only thing I can describe it clearly is that the word LARGE is CLEARLY ILLEGIBLE -- and the sales clerk has the AUDACITY to even YELL AT US 4x to READ THE SIGN CAREFULLY -- I think HE SHOULD READ HIS SIGN !!! read more
