But today was outrageous!!! I was charged THREE TIMES the same bill?!?! I noticed when I got home and checked my bank account. This is obviously THEFT!! And when I went back to the store a I was told that they couldn't do anything about it, that I could go back on Sunday at 4am to speak to the accountant?!?!? REALLY?!?!? What's wrong with you?!?!? I didn't want to spend more than I did! I didn't planned to spend more than I did!!!!! The less you could have done is give me my money back!!!! And it get my attention to see that this kind of "transactions" are made on weekends, when a customer can not complain?!?!? Mediocre service, mediocre crew members who most of them have very poor customer skills.... All of you should be coached on how to give a GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, how to solve situations like this in the absence of the General Manager because it is evident the lack of knowledge this employees have. And to the cashier EVERETT, you had only one task to do and you failed miserably... To every one who is a customer and read this, if you happen to go to this location BE ALERT!!!

The newest cashier Marco is very friendly!! He is always helpful to me by pointing out which lottery Scratchers had recent winners! The other employees at this Circle K in Bonita Road are also friendly!! ** Also, IF you still own a DVD player, outside this location, there is STILL have a Redbox kiosk!! I would've thought ALL the Redbox kiosk would've been obsolete since there are so many people streaming movies at home nowadays. They tried other items and nothing would trigger the $5 meals deal. Same as their 3 dollar coffee deal in which they tricked me in before. I waited a little while they said they would try to contact a manager. They weren't able to honor the deal. It was visibly advertised on their photos. See my pics. If you don't get honored on an advertised deal you can report it to the city for a complaint. This is not for first time this happening here. Hopefully they can get their act straightened out. I had to leave with no items and no sales.

The only thing that I could not find was Collard Greens. Everything else was in abundance here. I think that next year I will stop here first to get the majority of my shopping done. They offer balloons, bouquets, and vased flowers for all occasions. The groceries are well stocked here and the variety has increased. I appreciate the great staff and they have great customer service. My go-to for toilet paper is here. I have been a Kroger Brand toilet paper customer for about 16 years now. I stopped buying Costco TP. Kroger TP is perfectly thick, soft, and does the job well. The deli has more hummus, cheeses, meats, and options now. The bakery is the same but they offer great filled cupcakes that taste better than some bakeries; at a great price too! Overall, I am now happy with this location.
