Maybe it was because their drive-thru was backed way up because it was 4:30 in the afternoon, but apparently that means they have to rush through and pull Frappuccinos off the blender before they're done. My whole frapp was crunchy from the first sip and I had to wrestle with the last third of my drink that was all WHOLE ice cubes and unblended Java chips that clogged the straw.

Poor customer service. They mess up orders consistently and instead of owning up to their…read moremistakes, they shift the blame to you or somebody else involved on their own staff. They are consistently out of items that are "available" on the app, but when you go to pick up your order, "Oh, we ran out of that." If you really have to go to the restroom, be prepared to buy a $10 latte because the restrooms are labeled for paying customers only. I hate to write negative reviews, but if I didn't post this, I would be doing my fellow customers a disservice.

Cafe latte is espresso, steamed milk, and a layer of foam (microfoam if you want to get super geeky technical about it). And, like the blessed Trinity, all three must be present in one in order to be true. A latte is NOT hot milk and espresso. And that's what I got today. And don't get me wrong, it was some tasty hot milk and espresso, but without the lovely layer of foam at the top, it's just not right. So I'm sipping my not-latte-latte and truly enjoying it, but I have a mild case of the sads because I'm missing the luxurious foam that really does make a difference in the overall experience.
