This former train depot was built by Louisville and Nashville Railroad company in the late 1890 or…read moreso. I couldn't find an exact date but there are photos of the depot from 1910. In the photos it shows not only a small waiting room but also storage space for farmers to store goods that could be transported out of town for sale. (There were no bathrooms in the original design) This depot definitely was built before the Woodstock one which was built in 1912..... The good citizens of Holly Springs begin restoring this place to its original glory in 1999. According to the city's website they spent quite a bit of time trying to restore it as historically accurately as possible. No detail was too minute. Even the roof was restored to its former glory thanks to phots from J. B. Owen (a park in Holly Springs is named after him) who was the last ticketing agent before the depot was closed. It is now a event space for rent. Instead of attempting to professionally resolve the concern, the communication immediately escalated to threats of attorneys, collections, interest charges, and lawsuits. I fully understand businesses have policies, but professionalism and reasonable customer interaction still matter. At no point did I feel like there was any genuine effort to de-escalate or work toward a fair resolution. The tone of communication alone was enough to ensure I would never consider using this company in the future. Consumers should carefully review every document and ask detailed questions upfront before providing payment. Atlanta has far too many professional transportation and limo service options to settle for an experience such as this. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

The excellent and tasteful decorations work well together, they reminded me of like an old English Gentleman's hunting manor. The best part is the breakfast. Candied bacon, chocolate-filled French Toast, creamy fluffy scrambled eggs to die for, and interesting conversation with the owners who ate with us and the other guests. Plus home-made cookies to take home!
