What started as a simple customer service discussion quickly turned into aggressive responses, legal threats, and intimidation tactics over a disputed deposit. Instead of attempting to professionally resolve the concern, the communication immediately escalated to threats of attorneys, collections, interest charges, and lawsuits. I fully understand businesses have policies, but professionalism and reasonable customer interaction still matter. At no point did I feel like there was any genuine effort to de-escalate or work toward a fair resolution. The tone of communication alone was enough to ensure I would never consider using this company in the future. Consumers should carefully review every document and ask detailed questions upfront before providing payment. We utilized RIS Limousine for our wedding at the end of 2024, for both transportation of our guests and for transportation of the newlyweds, and we were extremely pleased with the service! From first contact, Robert provided clear instructions and did not hesitate to answer all of our many questions! He guaranteed our reserved accommodations would ensure safe and timely travel for all of our guests, before the ceremony and after the reception. There were no hiccups with transportation between our venue and our hotel block, and we got great feedback from guests! Jake was the fantastic driver who took us newlyweds from our wedding venue, to where we were staying for a mini-honeymoon! He made sure we had everything that we needed, offered us water, kept the post-reception mood alive, and made sure we made it safely to our destination! The vans failed to pick up our wedding party for the rehearsal with no communication that they would be late. One driver told me that it was a scheduling mishap. The manager later told me it was because of traffic and that he fired that employee for lying to me. Extremely unprofessional. read more

I can't say enough great things about RIS Limousine. We booked them for my son's wedding. They were very friendly, yet professional throughout the whole process.
