Brittany took pictures of my dad with his former co workers, his 99 year old mom, family and friends. She captured memories from the retirement party that can never be replaced. This has been the absolute worst experience with a photographer I have ever had! She was paid for her services upfront and we NEVER received any pictures. If you want your pictures and not a bunch of lies and excuses, get someone else to take your pictures. She showed up late and she ate like she was a guest! She wasn't in the head count that I had given to the caterer, but we had to pay for her because instead of doing her job, she got in line to get food. I also found out this is not an isolated incident, hopefully the other people that she has done this to will post a review as well.
