I needed headshots for my office's website and was told to submit 2-3. I looked to yelp and looked saw a brief sample of Laura's work. That was enough for me. She responded quickly and I was able to get it done that same day (before a holiday weekend I might add). The quote was more than reasonable. She has a wonderful studio with great lighting and was very good at conveying how I need to position myself. I always feel awkward taking photos and she did a great job making me feel relaxed. Brittany Rice Photography doesn't deserve one star. My dad worked for a company for 40 years and…read morewe wanted a photographer at the party to capture the celebration. Brittany took pictures of my dad with his former co workers, his 99 year old mom, family and friends. She captured memories from the retirement party that can never be replaced. This has been the absolute worst experience with a photographer I have ever had! She was paid for her services upfront and we NEVER received any pictures. If you want your pictures and not a bunch of lies and excuses, get someone else to take your pictures. She showed up late and she ate like she was a guest! She wasn't in the head count that I had given to the caterer, but we had to pay for her because instead of doing her job, she got in line to get food. I also found out this is not an isolated incident, hopefully the other people that she has done this to will post a review as well.
