The service here is great! The staff is kind, takes the time to answer all your questions, and everyone on their staff is knowledgeable. We had our home built in 1900 in a country settlings foundation pest proofed which included some foundation dirt removal. It was a huge job. The job was done correctly, and even though the scope of the work was more then originally thought they stayed in budget and informed us of everything along the way. Now we receive monthly perimeter checks for rats which includes attic inspections and under the house. Their monthly service checks go unnoticed by our tenants which they greatly appreciate. My wife and I contacted 707 Pest Solutions in the spring of 2018, and owner Michael Rybeck came out within a few days and did a very comprehensive inspection of our 1890s Victorian home. Of course, we expected him to look for bugs and critters, but he also identified a number of instances of damage to our house that were related to dry rot, fungus, water leaks, weather exposure, and the like. We had wood-boring beetles in the foundation and bats in the attic, neither of which came as a great surprise; but Michael also identified trim and skirt board, siding, window frame, door, sub floor, post, and floor joist dry-rot/fungus damage of which we had been completely unaware - and all of it was doing nothing but getting worse. He took several hours to perform the inspection, and it was totally FREE. Michael discussed his observations with us after the inspection, and a couple days later we received a written report detailing both findings and recommended actions. The report also contained an itemized bid for treatments and repairs, and we were able to decide which items we wanted to deal with immediately, and which ones could wait. We had expected that 707 Pest Solutions would do treatments related to bugs and critters, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that they were able to take care of virtually all of the carpentry repairs themselves as well. The estimates for treatments and repairs were quite reasonable, and we proceeded with most of the recommendations. We scheduled the work, and Michael and his crew came out a couple weeks later. Over the course of several days, they completed each treatment and repair, and we were very happy with all outcomes. Quality work, nice people. Michael even returned a week or so later for a follow-up visit, decided something else needed doing, and took care of that for no charge. I have used 707 Pest Solutions in the past. I recently used them to fix the large amount of dry rot around my home. They gave me an estimate of 4600 dollars. The final bill was over 8000 dollars and there were several items not completely finished. The trim on my home by the deck was not replaced, the hand rail on the front porch was not reattached to the wall and there were several screws not screwed into the decking. I moved into a house that had been vacant for about a year to find that the ants had been living in the walls. It was such a lovely house I couldn't believe this, and it had been inspected for bugs. So... I called these folks who now come out every other month and both do outside bug sweeping and both internal and external bug spraying. They are a family-run business and are extremely conscientious and very well informed about the life cycles of the invader ants as well. I'm so much more relaxed now that they're taking care of this situation for me. Plus, if for some reason I get an invasion of the ants (like after a bunch of rain), they'll come out and take care of it immediately for me. I also like that he explains to me the things I'm doing that are not necessarily helping to get rid of the ants. They're great! Doesn't get better than that! read more

These folks did a great job for me. They did work in the attic cleaning up after a rat infestation & vacuumed out all the old loose-fill insulation that the rats nested in (and this was after a recent roof job, so it was especially messy & very hot in the attic). Then they did some foundation work (powderpost beetle) & some wet and dry termites. I must say, the fellows worked their a$$es off!!!! They were friendly and addressed all my questions and concerns. Leading up to the job, Steve was very patient and informative going over the various estimates for recommended work and we tailored the job to my priorities and budget. My problem is rats in a semi-rural area. The agent(s) 707 devised a plan that was more construction - in order to keep the rats from going where they please - and less trap & poison. Don't want the poison anyway in the wildlife system. They were punctual, polite, and exceeded my compared to my experience with another, sorryass pest company for the same rodent annoyance, agents 707 are the real deal. read more
