Turns out both kids really loved their experiences with the staff & the dentist...both of them mentioned/raved that the chairs had personal TVs with headphones so they could watch the channel of their choice while getting their teeth cleaned and they both even said they liked this place better than their old dentist in Boss City... I was worried since it had been a year since last dental cleaning about possible issues but both kids passed with flying colors...they just need some sealants on various teeth... So getting a quick appointment for both kids and having the kids love the experience at the new dentist is well worth the 5-er!!!

Having two small children "spend their day off at dentist" we were honestly dreading the wait; however, this dentist office was ready for us! They have a great immediate wait room but the icing on cake is the wait room for families in the back. It's close to where dental work is being performed. I was told they had multiple appt times available. We chose 2pm. I set everything up with the woman on the phone and she told us to arrive at 1:45 to do paperwork. Sounded great. About 30 mins later, I got a call from a different number, another lady from their office saying she needed to verify some info about the appt. She asked about what my husband needed and confirmed that he was cash pay. She then said his appt was at 1:30 and we needed to arrive at 1:15. I hung up and called back to confirm if the appt time was at 1:30 or 2. The same woman (Tracy) said the appt was for 2 but we could come at 1:45. So we arrived around 1:30 anyway. My husband filled out the papers and waited. Multiple people were taken back before him. A little after 2 he asked the women at the desk how long it would be. They told him that they were just running behind and that it would be a little longer. So he waited. Around 2:30, he asked again and was told that his appt was actually for 4pm so he would have to wait. He got irritated and stated how we were told his appt was for 2. Another lady jumped in and said that she heard them this morning book the appt for 2 so she didn't understand why they were saying 4. Anyway, he complained so a few mins later they brought him back and did xrays only to tell him they couldn't do his cleaning that he asked for because they were trying to make him get a bunch of other more expensive services when all he wanted was a basic cleaning. So I guess the $129 service that we were quoted for over the phone wasn't enough and they wanted more. Well, they got nothing and lost a patient. Super unprofessional and unorganized!

I was a little skeptical because I didn't have the opportunity to do my research before my visit. Nevertheless, this place rocked. The staff was very friendly. My wait was not long at all. I had some concerns about the extractions because my son had to get five teeth pulled. The dentist was amazing, he explained everything, he made sure my son was very comfortable, and that he didn't feel a thing. I would definitely recommend this place, because not only are they pleasant, but it felt as though they cared.
