He's taken the best possible care of both of my children, who have come in with very different needs. His disposition is sunny and can always be caught with a smile on his face. A six-month wait for a new dental patient is a clear sign of poor planning or overwhelming demand, but from a patient's perspective, it's simply unacceptable. Dental issues don't pause -- what starts as a small cavity can become an infection, and untreated gum disease can lead to tooth loss or impact heart health. Delaying care this long risks preventable damage, worsens conditions, and fails the basic duty of timely medical access. Unfortunately, today's experience was completely different and extremely upsetting. I told the girl doing my treatment that I have a small mouth, but she still tried to force the large piece in until it was too painful and couldn't fit. Only then did she switch to a smaller one. She also applied too much gel on my gums, and when removing it afterward, she continued even though I told her it was really painful. My gums started bleeding badly, yet she didn't stop and kept using the tool and pressing on my gums with her nails. It was very uncomfortable -- I honestly wanted to cry. When I got home, my gums were swollen, red, and still bleeding. I called to report the issue, but I was only told to apply a relief gel at home. I paid $550 for this service, and it was absolutely not worth it. I've done Zoom whitening before and understand some tooth sensitivity is normal, but I've never experienced this kind of gum pain and bleeding. I'm truly disappointed and, sadly, won't be returning.
