I tried this company because they say on their site that when you sign up, there's a warranty if they don't raise your credit score by 150 points in 90 days. I didn't get any additional points to my credit score. I asked for a refund. They said no. You can't get a refund for any money already applied to the account. This is about 750 Credit Group. Do NOT work with these company. I started with them on January 2025. They told me that it was going to be a round of 90 days and in those 90 days they were going to send the letters and some other things and that I was gonna see a chanhe on my credit score. Well nothing happened, no changes and that i needed to do another 90-days round. I did. Again nothing happened on that 2nd 90-day round, which I was paying $150/m for the first 90-days then $125/m for the 2nd 90-days round. My credit score is still the same. nothing has changed. I told them that I no longer want to keep this service. they don't want to accept that. now, they want to do whatever they can to make do a 3rd 90-days round and even more. I refuse to let bully me. Biggest SCAM COMPANY so far! The owner of this so-called credit repair company, Shan Moy-Bennett is more about hype than she is about follow-through. I got suckered into her promises on Facebook about how this company would be my saving grace and the answers to all my credit repair nightmares. Unfortunately, I immediately bought into the "Join Now! Only 50 spots left!" bullshit and paid for the membership. Needless to say, this company DOES NOT respond to phone calls, voicemails, emails, or messages sent via the customer portal. I paid and received ABSOLUTELY NOTHING after waiting patiently for six weeks. When questioning the owner on her Facebook group about why I can't get a response, my comments were deleted and I was BOOTED from her group. Mind you, there were several other disgruntled customers who she also deleted their comments and booted from the group. When your company TAKES CUSTOMER'S MONEY and is COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE, this qualifies you as a SCAM COMPANY. The only response I can get from them is a bunch of spammy email posts from the owner telling me all about how her "mentor groups", etc will make me super successful. All I wanted was the product I paid for. My customer portal is still blank, no one will reply to my voicemails, emails, or even answer the freaking phone. I filed FRAUD charges with Capital One because the company is still trying to charge me for a service that doesn't exist. Piss poor customer service and piss poor company. FINAL NOTE: Don't listen to this woman's hype. She touts (on Facebook) all about how she is super successful and bought a $1.8-million house (blah-blah-blah) and "YOU CAN, TOO" if you follow her advice and sign-up for her program. Shaniga "Shan" Moy is a con artist. She makes promises and doesn't deliver. I paid her $1000 on Feb 28 to be a part of her "mentorship" program. To date, I have received nothing. No affiliate links I was promised, nothing. I was also told that I would get a phone call 2 weeks ago. I waited and waited and never heard from her. I also paid an additional $100 (monthly fee) for grant services where she said grants would be submitted on my behalf. No grants were submitted on my behalf. No confirmation email, no phone call, NOTHING. She has been doing this to people for years. I wish I had done my research first. I contacted her about a refund. At first she said she would give me a refund then back tracked saying that she will not give it to me. She also blocked me from social media and kicked me out of her Hype group all for asking for a refund. Never got that refund either. Shan Moy Bennett is a SCAM. She have people pay her money and does absolutely nothing with providing the services you paid for. Once you call her out on her shit in her group she immediately blocks you and erase all communication under the post. I paid her $99 for a partnership and we have yet to discuss anything in regards to this partnership. Anytime I ask a question about the partnership she skips over it. This money is supposed to be reoccurring and I requested a refund and she has yet sent it after agreeing to. Supposedly everyone in the partnership was not supposed to get charged the $99 but she never mentioned that to us but we was charged anyways. I'm sure she knew we was charged when she noticed over $34,000 in her damn account. Myself not knowing any better trusted her and later found out that she's been scamming people for years. She will scam you and once people notice she will do a live crying out and then disappear off of Facebook. I'm here to warn you all do not to business with Shan Moy Bennett.
