There are way too many people involved in your credit repair. The communication is horrible and doesn't get to the correct person. The dispute process is extremely long and didn't even work. I referred someone to them and after 3 round of disputes still couldn't get anything off and even gave them a full refund! Used this company and they did not help or improve my credit score as stated. When I signed up they said it would be about 90 days before the credit repair would be completed... after signing up I was then told, "the first round" takes about 45 days. And I was to have 3 rounds of credit repair which comes out to about 4.5 months (135 days) I continued with them even making sure to call and inquire of the status. After the "second round" of repair nothing was different with my credit but they asked me to be patient and I was. Keep in mind this is about 6.5 months later for the 2 nd round of credit repair. By the time they finished my 3rd round it had been over a whole year!!! I can not make this up. I complained that my credit was never repaired or even improved by any thing ASAP credit repair had done! So they said please let us give you another round of credit repair for free! I have not heard from them since ! I have called and not received a call back. This totals to a year and a half! Of wasted time waiting on a company to help w credit repair. This service has been phenomenal. Originally I was nervous to try a credit repair company, with no knowledge on how the process works. I initially called to find out, and the process is so simple. They fight on your behalf to dispute items on your credit report, and you just sit back and watch! Think twice before you give these people your contact information! I made the mistake of inquiring about their services and have been harassed with non-stop texts and phone calls. I have responded to the text messages asking them to stop contacting me to no avail. I finally left a 1 star Google review explaining this horrific experience, which FINALLY caused "John" to call me and apologize and claim they had a glitch in their system that would cause me to receive multiple texts a day. I even offered to send him screenshots to show him how often I am receiving them, to which he declined. He has since responded to my Google review claiming that the daily and multiple texts is false. Save your money they didn't take anything off my report and never got back to me I understand with the weather they were out of the office but it's been awhile and no one ever got back to me to complete the last round. Doesn't matter anyways they didn't remove anything in the other to rounds it just kept hurting my score every time they wanted me to pay the $1 fee for some credit service so they can log in and see the report always made my score go down I took my stimulus paid the bills off my own self don't waste your money here they are nice but I don't understand what service they provide if they don't do anything I would really like a refund very disappointed with this company read more

I paid a huge upfront fee and two months later, I started getting letters from the credit bureaus asking for police reports regarding fraud and identity theft complaints I never made. Now they refuse to reply to any of my emails. When my ship is back in cell phone range, I'm calling the ftc and my bank to charge the fee back. 1 star is actually too generous! We will start with the lack of communication. They will call and text you consistently for payment but after you've paid the communication is non existent as far as results are concerned. I explicitly stated that I wanted to purchase a home and wanted to get my score to the 740 range as it was not moving from the mid to high 600 range. I also gave a timeline as well. Absolutely no change after spending over $600 with this company. I've been waiting for a member of management to call me back since 01/19. I worked with them since August and absolutely nothing was removed. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn't do it bc they removed a collection which was untrue. The collection was put on my report in error and I submitted proof of payment. So here we are in February and still zero results! Luckily I did research and raised my score on my own and am clear to close but it has absolutely NOTHING to do with this company's service. They are horrible! Do not waste your money. Let me start by saying that everyone should do their due diligence prior to contacting any "credit repair" company. If the company wants money up front that should be your first red flag. You will learn that there are not that many "pay per delete" credit repair companies because this is not as easy as they will be made out to be. Most of what these companies can do or will attempt to do can be done on your own time. Now for the review of ASAP. I am going to start from the beginning. This company looked promising, agents were enthusiastic, and they were really confident they could remove over 70% of the issues on my credit report. I fell for the trap and payed them three payments. First one gets you started then two additional to complete (around $500). The price is supposedly based on your particular situation so don't quote this. Let me say they contact you to remind you more than once about payments via phone calls, email and text. This is the most you will hear from them. After they receive payment the communication will drop 95%. They will send you an email to tell you that too. If you try to get ahold of them it takes a couple days for them to get back to you. Next, they ask you to pull your credit reports. They need to be able to see all three, so you have to either pay for a service or use one of their recommended "Free" sites. Warning these sites are all affiliate links so they get some back end off of these. Also, many of them are extremely difficult to cancel and you have to call some of them to stop the service. They then do an analysis of your credit and give you the final cost. After this is paid the begin your "credit repair" First round complete.... Not many results ones or twos. They send emails stating this is normal and that their "Second" round is more aggressive and much more effective. Radio Silence for about a month. I received several emails from the credit bureaus stating my accounts were in dispute. Second round complete, a couple more removed.... Not satisfied, they go for a complimentary round three after I tell them I am not satisfied. They refuse to give my money back or give any refund because they technically were "successful removing a couple of things and that is in the initial contract. They try calling me several times and I am so done with these guys I don't even answer the phone to hear the excuses. On top of that I had a couple of old positive accounts deleted for no reason. I'm not sure if that effects my score but I don't see the reason to delete positive items. Bottom line To me it looks like they dispute directly through the credit bureaus website. I asked them this and they denied it, but I am not sure how they can mail disputes directly to them within a couple of days and have the credit bureaus show a bunch of items disputed all at once. I was receiving emails within a couple days of my round starting from the credit bureau and I don't think they were aware of them. I have done my own disputing in the past and it is known that you have to send disputes certified mail so that you can prove that the credit bureau or creditor complied with the FCRA. I thought by hiring this company I could prevent most of the leg work on my own part boy was I wrong. My score increased the first couple of rounds, but it is now back to where I started. When I confronted them about this they pretty much blamed it on me, including stuff that was there when I started the process that I made them aware of. I told them my expectations and specifically what I wanted disputed and they went commando and disputed the whole report. This is a honest review and I hope the reader understands that this is. Some of these reviews might have had the results that they were promised however I did not. My advice is to do these things on your own. The information is all over the internet. Do not waste your money on this service when you can just take the time to do it yourself and know what's going on. read more
